How can I file an opposition against a trademark application?

The only way to oppose a trademark application is a qualified lawyer filing an opposition within 30 working days from the date of publication of the application in the Official Journal. Oppositions filed after the deadline of 30 days will not be considered. The basis of an opposition should be absolute or relative grounds for refusal.
 
Working day means, for purposes of computing time by Law 19,039, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
