Trademarks

You can request and process the renewal of your trademark wholly online.
The rightholder should indicate:

a) the registration number of the trademark,
b) the trademark (only if it is denominative), and
c) the complete personal information of the applicant and representative, as well as accreditation of the representative (if applicable).

Note that the trademark will retain its registration number once renewed, and the expiry date will be extended for 10 more years.
