To be granted permission to use the certification mark Calidad Aysén Patagonia Chile, the product in question must be indicated in the usage regulations, have its origin in the Aysén Region, and manufactured in or using raw materials from the region.

Services that can make use of the mark are those provided by people or companies who fulfil the general requirements and that promote commercial activities, markets, conventions, and cultural or touristic activities in the Aysén Region.
